It's my daily nootropic!

I was pleasantly surprised when I took this product. I bought it originally for sleep, but when I took it, I stayed awake.
However, it felt very euphoric and energizing for me so I decided to try it during the day instead. The clarity in my mind was uncomparable to what I had in the past. It was like my brain had turned on. I had an extreme sense of creativity. I felt super focused and able to think through ideas, just feeling very sharp. It was awesome. I've tried it a few times to see if I had the same reaction and I have. Not sure if it is because I had a Magnesium deficiency or the product works as a nootropic for me.
With supplements, remember every body is different and supplements work differently for everyone. I personally love this one!!

These are the same ingredients recommended by Dr. Andrew Huberman for a sleep stack.

What I like about this brand vs. the others in this category:
1. It is the correct form of Magnesium (Threonate.)
2. I take less capsules (only 2 with this brand while the others require up to 5 capsules.)
3. It's gluten free and vegan.
4. It is third party tested.
5. They have great customer service and are super personable (I reached out to them via email with some questions.)
6. It is a smaller business, which I prefer. I think smaller businesses have to make sure their products are better quality and customer service than the big guys to be able to stay in the game. Plus, I like supporting small business.
7. The price is pretty good. Saves me from having to buy 3 separate products. I understand a premium product that is 3rd party tested probably costs more to make.
8. They are climate friendly. The bottle is compact and it doesn't have an unnecessary box.
9. And it doesn't hurt that the bottle looks pretty cool.

My experience:
I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. My sleep quality feels like it's improved because I have much more energy and focus the next day. It doesn't overly sedate me, it is gentle and I feel like I just relax and it settles my mind so I can drift off. I also like that it doesn't make me feel groggy the next day like most other things do. 10/10 Would recommend.

Works even better than expected!

I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I haven’t ever described myself as someone who struggles to sleep, but using this supplement showed me that I may have been taking for granted the restlessness of my sleep. I sleep deeper and wake noticeably more rested when taking. I have also found it effective on nights that I know I will have trouble falling asleep. There is little to no taste or odor to the capsules and they are easy to take.

It felt a little bit more difficult to wake up for the first few nights, but my body adjusted. I feel more relaxed before falling asleep. It helps with more vivid dreams, as well.
